2019 Events

June 27, 2019 - German Baptist Brethren Heritage Bus Tour - The bus gathers Brethren from several states and visits heritage sites in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia. This is the fifth year for their annual tour of the Homestead.

August 14, 2019 - Mt.Olive Brethren Church Senior Group tour.

October 23, 2019 - Mt. Jackson Garden Club tour

November 22 & 23, 2019 - Fall Candlelight Dinners -

Experience the turmoil in the Kline household during the fall of 1863 as actors share concerns around the dinner table in the 1822 John Kline house.
Enjoy a family-style meal amid details about the shortage of food, movement of troops, and a grain tax to support the Confederacy.
